Survey Introduction

Hi. I have set up the survey. I have done tests. I raised 4 tickets, incidents and requests. Users answered 3 of the 4 surveys. When generating the report in Analytics / Help Desk Service Quality / Satisfaction Level by Category, I get a message with the text "No data found". In the filter I am setting all types of tickets and the date range includes the dates of the test tickets. What can I be doing wrong?

You pull this information from the "Analyzer": Help Desk -> Service Quality -> Statisfaction by xxxx

Here you should remember to tick the "Show comment details" box.

Is there a way to create a custom report to show the survey results?
