I appreciate your honesty and I hope I can address some of your concerns. First of all, today we released the new SysAid GUI that is really intuitive, user-friendly, and fresh! While redesigning SysAid, we had all of our customers in mind—and we are happy to tell you that you will be able to experience SysAid 9.1 in August—just one month away! So come join our webinar on July 17th, where we will be introducing the new GUI.
On August 11th we start our beta for SysAid 9.1 for our ON-PREMISE users, introducing the new GUI, fixes to all previous issues (ex, MDM), and all the new features we have available and are excited to show you (ex, category-driven templates ).
We are also going to have second release just months later in November. During our November release, we will put down the basic infrastructure to be able to deliver 3 releases a year to all On-Premise users—meaning that On-Premise users will soon be completely in sync with Cloud users!
I hope this impacts your decision and you choose to wait just a month until SysAid 9.1. You will see how we understand the needs of our On-Premise users and made the necessary investment in development and infrastructure so you can have a better SysAid experience. So, hang in there, starting in August you will get exactly what you’re asking for! If you would like to talk to me personally, feel free to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org
