How I can do SRs filter in end user portal?

Hi guys,

I would like to know if is possible does an end user portal SRs filter to shows all SRs or only one specific SR kind.

Go in to helpdesk and select list.
Change the view at the top of the screen to EndUser instead of Default and then customise the view using the cog icon. These changes will be reflected in the end user portal.

Hello Kenny,

You can set up filters from helpdesk > list, by choosing the request view and then click on "customize list".

Under Filter Menus, you can add new drop down filters.

Please use the below values in the requested fields (you can also copy it from the status drop down field in other views):

Name: ${list.status.caption}
List field: status
Lookup table: cust_values where list_name = 'status'
Lookup field: value_key
Lookup caption: value_caption
Order by: value_key
