1) a new ticket with standard Prio for notification comes in
2) notification to the admin via email and push notifications to the iPhone app
3) Admin edited ticket in the WEB UI! After completion, it assigns the status Close
4) In the iPhone app is still the notification as New by last Push Notification (unread)
"Status Close" is not considered
