You invested the time in creating an extensive knowledge base for your SysAid users and administrators?
Do you think that others can benefit from your knowledge base items?
Starting version 5.5 SysAid allows you to share your knowledge base items with other SysAiders around the world.
To upload your knowledgebase items, please go to helpdesk > Knowledge base
Click on "Export knowledge base items to forums" on the top bar.
In the new window, please check the knowledge base items you would like to share and click on "Export to forums" to upload the items as a forum post.
To import a knowledge base item, simply click on the
icon and you it will automatically open your SysAid and prompt you to update the knowledge base.
