Can my end users participate in SysAid Tasks & Projects?

The SysAid Tasks & Projects module was designed specifically to give your IT staff a project planning environment. For this reason, only administrators have access to Tasks & Projects.

Dear SysAid support: Could you please confirm that this answer is still valid for the current version of SysAid?

If the answer is not, Are there any plans to change that in the future and allow end users to update their assigned tasks directly in SysAid or through email?
