user asigne error

when a service request is asigned to a administrator and this administrator closes his call the following message is displayed.
the service request is asigned to " adminstrator name" would yo like to asigne it to your self instead but this is the same administrator name.
this only happens to one of the administrators.

any ideas ?

We use the full in house version at the moment.
