Adding Status

I decided to add a caption to the status list; Awaiting Parts.

As soon as I did so and set my service ticket to status "Awaiting Parts" 90% of my closed sservice tickets also changed from "Closed" to "Awaiting Parts". Any ideas why and is there an easy fix or do I have to change each one back?

select the check box for each request you want to change back and click the double-arrow icon on the top menu-bar that says "change status to" when you mouse-over it. Just select what status you want them to have ("closed" in your case) and you should be good.

EDIT: It is much easier if you display all of your tickets on one screen first by filtering to show only "awaiting parts" and then hitting the "Show All" button
