Unable to initiate chat session

Good Morning All,

I am new to Sysaid and I am battling with getting chat to work. When I try initiate a chat session with an end user I get the following error:

"Unable to send chat request to the user. User is not associated with any Sysaid agent"

I'm sure this is a simple fix but I cannot see anywhere in the user's settings or in the assets settings to link the two together.

Make sure you check out our online aid which will help you thru your first steps ....

Just to give you a direction: in order to initiate a chat with an end user you need to have SysAid agent installed.
You can see who is online via online users under asset management
