How do I display Enabled users only on the User Management Page?

I thought I saw a post on this, but I can't find it again.

On the user management page, all imported LDAP users are displayed. How do I build a filter or view (what specific expressions do I need to use) which will display only the enabled users? If I recalled the post correctly, we'd use the same logic and another filter or view to display only the disabled users if we wanted that view too.

THanks,
Chris

Hello ndcadmin!

If you will go to "Preferences" > "User management", "End user manager"
Click on the "Filter" icon (the funnel icon), and create the following filter:
"Statement" "Disabled" "is" "No"

Then you will be able to see a list of users that are enabled.

Hope that answers your question.

That was easy enough! I think I was confused by the place just above the user list that lets you manually type in the filter command and press the Set button. I couldn't get that part to work. What would be the syntax for that, and why is it there if the blue filter icon at the top works so well?

Thanks,
Chris

Hey Chris,
This text box you mentioned is a search field(to search for users), not a filter.

Best regards.

Guess the Filter label threw me off:

Filter [criteria] Set

Gee, for some reason it looks like a filter to me.

No worries. Now that I know what it is, I'll use that to search for specific users. That's helpful, too.

Thanks for your help,
Chris
