Incorrect login information.

Hey guys,

Me and my IT Team have been experiencing some issues with our SysAid server. We apparently cannot sign in. This has been going on for a 2-3 weeks now. When we sign in, we receive the message :

Incorrect login information.
Letters must be typed in the correct case.
Please make sure the Caps Lock key is disabled.



We know for sure that our password & usernames are entered correctly, and we have tried restarting the SysAid server multiple times. Can anyone please help?

P.S We currently are running version v9.0.52 Pro Plus Edition.

1) are you using the Derby Database (default)?
2) do you have LDAP integrated?

have you tried Admin reset password?

Same issue here.

IE 8 browser
LDAP authentication

when i log into sysaid from the browser i get the exact msg as above.

Incorrect login information.
Letters must be typed in the correct case.
Please make sure the Caps Lock key is disabled

when i click on the desktop shortcut for sysaid it logs in just fine.

same problem here, we are running version 14 and are having issues with LDAP integration.

I currently cannot login after clearing all my temporary files. Message displayed below.
