Selecting live chat in sysaid hosted version

Hi all,

I am using the sysaid hosted version and in the end user portal I would like to have the user be able to pick between 2 chad queues that I have set up. One currently is for desktop support and the other is for the network group. When I open the chat queue windows as an administrator i can enable both queues and see them. However, when I logon as an end user and choose the chat queue, I only have one queue that is available to the end user. What might might be the best way to set this up.
