Filter "Phase"

I would like to set-up view to be able to filter (see) all requests in selected phase of workflow.

I can’t find field Phase in Sysaid.

I’ve put together a video in attempt to assist with this query. Have a look and let me know if it does help and if you have any questions.

Passcode: N6=huSHT

Static filter in the video: r.status=0 and sub_tab_order!=0

Note!

Make sure you first copy it into a notepad and make sure there are no spaces at the beginning nor the end.
Do not save the static filter Under “DEFAULT” instead create a new view.
