Currently our notification emails to admins contains the link to attachments, but is there a way to have the attachment if it is a picture to appear within the email message, so the admin does not have to download or open another app to view the attachment?

Hi @AD-Brian ,
Hope you’re well.

By default notifications sent to admins contain the link to the specific attachment whether that is an image or a file, so currently this is not possible.

There is a way to have an image displayed into the notification directly but only if that is put as an embedded image directly into the Notification to Administrator which is not viable.

If the image is large and exceeds a certain limit it will cover up the notification entirely.
