Is it possible to have a dynamic title for a request template?

I have a template created for HR to ask for employee account suspension. One of the fields in the template is "employee name". I would like to populate the value of this field to the request title.

Is this even possible?

Hi Tatiana,

The result you are looking for can be achieved through a BeforeSave trigger running on the SR entity.

If you are using an On-Prem version, you can develop the code by your-self. In case of a Cloud version, you must submit a request to SysAid Professional Services.
