In your SysAid there is a Knowledge Base to manage all the information you desire. 

Allowing you to build a central repository of information that is useful for admins and end-users.

So many of the articles in our knowledge are quite similar between organizations. You wrote a good one? Do share with the rest of the SysMates out there and together we will build a great FAQ center. 

Word doc, Google doc, PDF, text file any format convenient for you is good.
