Are operators like AND, OR, and the use of quotations allowed? It would be great if there is some reference documentation I could be pointed to.

Thank you but the referenced documentation does not indicate any operators so I will assume the answer is there are none. Please make this an idea (request) to add operators like AND, OR, and the use of quotations.
