I’m an admin of our sys aid (cloud) instance but don’t have options to add/edit/delete users in the Tool menu.  How do I get these permissions / or am I missing something?

So there are some permissions locked under the “Full Sysaid administrator” permissions. 

You can check the documentation for the permissions, where you will see “Manage end users/

Manage end users and companies” - if after you have been assigned this permission you are still unable to delete/edit end-users, you might be required to be given “Full Sysaid administrator” permission.
