Dear Suppot,

Users can upload attachments in each ticket. I can upload the attachment. However, when I check the ticket, we cannot see attach file on ticket.. Please provide a solution to me.

I see your account is On-Prem what version are you on? do you have sufficient file storage? 

Nonetheless please reach out to our Customer Care team via live chat or open a ticket on our Customer Portal so they can help you figure out what's the issue
