¿How works the Enable Priority Matrix?

Hi,

I´m trying to understand how work this part of the SysAid Help Desk. What I want is to know how work this section "Enable Priority Matrix" because I want that the ticket automatically change the priority or urgency based on the impact of the ticket when the customer makes the service ticket.
