Hello community,

I need to create a report or an excel export of every ticket that an specific agent in our service desk modified(closed, reasingned, changed in any way) at any given moment.
I've been playing with the filters trying to get one to bring me the history  but I can't find a way.
Is there a way to do this??

Hi @SergioCi we have report out of the box called “Track SR Field Changes” did you give it a try?

I just saw your answer. thanks it work like a charm. 

But I need to match the Agent to the ticket number and the report only shows 6 figures for the number.  (up to 999999)
Is there any way to increase this number since we are up to 1 million tickets
