Chat Problems.

hi,
I have had problems with the chat. I installed the application, the agents in the assets, assets allocated to end users, and when I set up a chat session with an end user, the end user's computer an error screen appears. Here is the error, in the image down.
Thank you for your help.

We're experiencing the exact same problem. Hopefully someone from Sysaid will reply.

Hello,

I'm checking with customer relations on this one. I haven't seen too many chat errors, so this may take a little bit of investigation.

Do you know what version of Java you're currently on? Have you also tested this on other browsers? My guess is "yes," but I just want to make sure.

Drop the Chat_active_Sessions table and recreate it.

I checked with customer relations and yes, Bryan is correct - dropping the chat table and recreating it should work.

The code that Bryan included looks to be spot-on...thank you!
