Database schema : relation service_req to company

Hi,I have a question regarding the database / table layout.I have restored the MySQL backup locally but cannot find the link between a Service record and the Company.So all service records are stored in the table ‘service_req’. The customers/companies stored in the table ‘company’. Within this table I was able to find a field called company_id. However in the service_req table I cannot find any field called company_id to link those 2 together.I already took a look in the SysAid database guide but without any luck (SysAid Database Guide) Someone has the answer ?Thx

Set up a new Department in Sysaid (Company?)

Hello.Can someone point me to the documentation, or help me with a new requirement?  I need to set up a new Department in Sysaid - they need to appear completely separate from our Help Desk, with their own categories and own templates - how can I accomplish this?Any help is appreciated help! Thank you

Service Center and it relationship to SysAid Cloud

Hi, we are just going through the configuration process with newly purchased SysAid Cloud. I have been viewing what videos are available and there is one on Service Center. How does Service Center relate to SysAid, if at all. Thank you for your time, Heidi
