MS Teams Chat - Is anyone using this in their organisation?

Hi everyone,I am about to start exploring using the MS Teams Chat functionality as a means of logging and updating tickets etc as we use MS Teams quite heavily as an organisation. I’d love to find out how you are getting on with it, how you are using it and if you’ve had a good experience with it.Also, looking to know if anyone has found a way of editing any of the content used on the MS Teams cards? I’d like to change some of the wording for example. TIA

How to edit MS Teams cards for SysAid integration.

Hello there, SysMates!New to SysAid, new to the community and first time poster :)I am looking to edit the default MS Teams cards that are generated when using the teams / SysAid integration. How do I do this please I can’t find any instructions.Attached is the default message end uses get when asking for ‘help’ I’d like to edit the text and then subsequently other parts of the workflow.Many thanks in advanced!Adam

Can I link teams to sys aid so I would be able to cantact them directly from there and would open up teams chat to the user for me?

Great news! With the new Cloud release v.22.3.20, which is being rolled out from July 17-24, the AI Service Desk (with Microsoft Teams) got a terrific upgrade. Now employees can create tickets in Microsoft Teams and classify them in just a few seconds – adding urgency, categories, and additional info. Tickets are routed to the right department or person without the need for an admin to manually review and classify them. SLAs are not missed and tickets are resolved faster! Managing Chat-User Accounts

Good evening, SysAid Specialists, We are in the opening stage of making the chat option available to our end-users and want to make sure that we get off on the right foot with managing their SysAid Chat accounts/profiles. From what I can see, it looks that they will be able to self-identify however they want; the User & Email textboxes appear to take any string data they might enter. This also means that they are free to typo to their hearts' desire, and challenge us to keep our userbase clean of duplicates and also junk strings. SO! I'm anticipating that the one tasked with doing most of this cleaning will be myself. That said, I would like to get some feedback from those who've come before. If you've got a proven method to keep junk data out of here, or prevent dupes, etc. I would be grateful for the heads-up. -Cheers, HD-108P
