We have a number of users still using Classic View in SysAid and the updates are confusing. If a ticket is updated via Spaces, the updates do not correlate to the ticket in Classic View. For example this ticket has been assigned to user Joe Surridge but the update at 16:11 says it has been assigned to user Melanie Simmonds.  

I would like to know if there is any effective way to save closed and/or archived tickets as PDF files.

Hello,I have a business need to include messages, activities and notes in email notifications generated by sysaid.  I’ve been looking at the notification template for “Email to end user regarding a service record” but would need to know the variable names used to access this data.  I’m certain there must be some variables available, this is pretty standard service desk behavior.  Any help is greatly appreciated.   ...Brad

Hello. We have an issue where email integration is partly working.Help desk tickets are created as expected when an email is received, and the person who raised the ticket gets notifications about status changes just fine.The problem is that if we send a message from the ticket, the email is never received.We noticed this around a week ago, when we had a complaint about lack of updates, but it may have been going on longer. Does anyone have any ideas, please?Thank you##updateI opened the classic interface and tried from there - which succeeded. I then went back to spaces and that now works too.

Why are our Due Dates calculating in the Classic View of SysAid but not Spaces? Surely there isn’t any additional set up needed is there?

As the title suggests, is there a way to avoid re-opening old, closed tickets when linking to an open Problem record?We have instances where we are fixing individual customer facing tickets and closing them off, however when we identify trends and pinpoint problems occurring, linking older instances of tickets as evidence is causing them to re-open. I don’t see any options to control this via ‘SR Status Settings’. My alternative approach to this is to simply create custom fields for parent/child to avoid it, but i’d like to check here to see if I’m overlooking something first. 

Hi there,I’m trying to create a scheduled report for every Monday, that produces a ticket of tickets that have not been modified in the last 7 days.The filtering is frustrating me because each time I try to filter by ‘Last 7 Days’ the condition changes from greater than to between.Instead, I was thinking of Creating a custom field  called ‘Modified in the Last 7 Days’ with Yes/No options.  Escalation rule that activates when 70 hours have passed since the Last Modify Time & the Modify User is not NONE (To helpfully eliminate the Escalation Agent).  We operate on 10 hour working days, Operating times from Monday-Friday so 70 hours = 7 days.Would this approach work?  

Hi. I’m trying to configure a new email integration with our azure tenant in azure gov.I’ve configured the app reg in Azure per the instructions and I’ve configured the incoming email tab in sysaid email integration with protocol oauth2.0, service provider microsoft 365, the tenant ID, client id, and secret, and a I put the inbox user in the user/domain user field..When I click Test I get “Test incoming email failed Connection pool shut down”.I’m not sure what this means and can’t find any documentation for this.
