Can SLAs be applied to Service Record Actions?

We are interested in creating SLAs that would apply to Service Record Actions.  Is this possible?

Hi @Colin Bodkin,

At the moment adding the Due Date field to action items is possible but there is no way to dynamically assign a value to it. What I mean by this is that you can populate it’s value to match the one if the service record but you can not do calculations on it, such as service record Due Date + 5 hours/+2 days.
We have a feature request currently open for this at the moment. If you would be interested in knowing when this is going to be implemented kindly provide me with your email address either here or in a private message and I can raise a ticket on your behalf and link it to the respective feature request.

If you are looking for something else, please let me know.
