Custom Fields

Could you please ensure that your SysAid license supports the use of custom fields in Spaces. Custom fields in Spaces require the Full Edition of SysAid.
To verify your license type, navigate to Help > Account info and look for SysAid Edition / Package in the admin portal.

I have verified the license on my end and it seem like you have the Pro Edition with the Basic package.
This does not include the use of custom fields in Spaces.
If you wish to upgrade we will have to get you in touch with your CSM.
