Hi team, 

 

Myself and my colleagues are in the process of creating a new request form. 

 

We would like to know if it is possible to duplicate fields? We currently see no way of doing this, and on more than one of our questions on the form we require the same ‘answer box’ to say the exact same thing, however when setting up the new fields, the captions cannot be the same and we are unable to duplicate a field more than once onto the same form. 

 

Any help you can provide would be very beneficial, thank you!

Hi @Anneve, 

Out of the box, we can’t change the customization field but if you go to Customize> Settings> Translation File you can rename the caption. 

Name the second field so that its caption is identical to the first. 

For example, in these two fields, if you want the second field’s caption to be identical change the right part of the equation and then save the changes, and upload it again. 

Here’s an example of how the change will appear in SysAid:
