Disable Delete Button to prevent deleting incidents and/or users

Hi team! We’d like to know if it’s possible to disable the Delete button even to administrator users. So far the only way we’ve found is by unchecking the administrator permission which leave us with administrators that cannot create or modify users, can’t create categories, etc.

I have tried this method but it doesn’t seem to be doing the job. The administrator is still able to delete service records.

There’re actually 2 places where you need to make sure users permissions are restricted.

The 1st one doesn’t give admin to delete tickets from the list (that’s what @Maayan Karstaedt shared) and the 2nd one prevents them from deleting within the ticket itself.
