Why are our Due Dates calculating in the Classic View of SysAid but not Spaces? Surely there isn’t any additional set up needed is there?

## Due Dates in Classic vs. Spaces

This usually comes down to Spaces UI configuration, not extra due‑date setup.

What to check in Spaces:
- Ensure the Due Date field is on the Incident template form: Settings > Design/Display Form for the specific incident template/subtype; add “Due Date” and save.
- Add the Due Date column to your Incidents list: Customize Columns, add “Due Date,” apply/save, refresh.
- Check field visibility/permissions on the template so it’s not hidden by conditional rules.
- Verify you’re viewing the same record/template in Classic and Spaces.

If Due Date still doesn’t appear after these, provide one sample incident ID where Classic shows a Due Date but Spaces doesn’t, and open a Service Record so Support can review whether it’s a configuration or product issue.
