I get an error every time I edit the email notification mentioned above. It says “Seems like the HTML code used is corrupt/obsolete and cannot be edited with the new editor without breaking the notification”. Can someone please send me the generic/default HTML code for this notification?

Hi, I’ve tried the html code above and it works but in my case the received email has a very long list of <br> (or something that creates a blank space) before the green header “Service Desk Notification”. Why?
Ps. My sysaid version doesn’t have the editor so the code is the only way.
