Is there a location where outgoing emails go into a queue before they get sent. If many emails get sent at once will the be put somewhere before going out?

SysAid will try to send the message that you sent right away.

If it has a lot of messages, it will work the same as a normal mailbox, it will put all of the messages in the outbox folder of the mailbox that is used for the integration and it will try to send it then.

Usually it just processing the outgoing emails without any issue unless the email integration is not working and then it either won’t let you send the email with a warning or discard the email depending on the issue.
