I would like to set-up view to be able to filter (see) all requests in selected phase of workflow. 

I can’t find field Phase in Sysaid.

Static filter in the video: r.status=0 and sub_tab_order!=0

 

Note! 

  1. Make sure you first copy it into a notepad and make sure there are no spaces at the beginning nor the end. 
  2. Do not save the static filter Under “DEFAULT” instead create a new view.
