I am looking for a way to hide or disable list items instead of deleting them. This is in Settings>Customize>Lists. I don’t see an option other than deleting and we want to avoid having to recreate lists.

Currently, disabling list items instead of deleting them is not supported. If this feature is important to you, you can open a ticket, and we’ll submit a feature request on your behalf. Please include a clear description and your specific use case to help us better understand your needs.
