All account information can be verified from your environment depending on the view you are using.

In Classic View, from the SysAid admin portal click on your username at the top right corner and select 'About'.
In Spaces View, from the SysAid admin portal click on the Help logo at the bottom left (question mark in a circle) and select 'Account Info'.

Under Account Information you will be able to see relevant information:

-Server URL of your environment
-Node Name: indicating the cloud instance from our side hosting the environment.
-SysAid Gateway: endpoint on our side used for application communication.
-Account Name of the environment.
-SysAid Edition / Package: the License type for your environment.
-Build Number: the current version of your SysAid Environment
-SysAid ITSM Version
