Hey guys, whats up ?

 

I need a help to resolve a problem the LDAP.

 

I have a configuration in SysAid on LDAP from the company.

 

I need to clear one define at the "LDAP Attribute Mapping". I know first need to remove bond, but dont' know as clean former information. Basically I have a configuration egual the documentation: https://documentation.sysaid.com/docs/ldap-form-attribute-mapping-tab#:~:text=LDAP%20Attribute%20Mapping and it works many good.

 

I am in production environment and need avoid loss the calleds.

You can simply click on the remove button to remove any linked attributes.

Removing the attribute, I cut bond the LDAP for on SysAid, but to be continuing having information save.

I would like to clear information save in classification.

I will put exemple the down:

but continues having information save in sistem.

I need to clear this information.

hey @PauloSantos 

Assuming that your issue is that you had an additional mapping from LDAP to the department field and you removed that extra mapping from LDAP settings, and you expect the records to be removed from the department list, that’s not how the system is configured to work.

If you want to delete the extra records from the department list, go to Settings → Customize → Lists. Select a department list from the dropdown and remove the records you want to delete.
