Yes, it is possible to have incidents, requests, changes, or problems assigned to a user visible in their calendar. Here are the steps to achieve this:

1. **Access Calendar Settings**:
- Navigate to `Settings` > `Integration` > `Calendar Sync`.
- Ensure that the synchronization with the Exchange server is enabled if you want to sync with Outlook.

2. **Configure Calendar Items**:
- In the Calendar Settings, you can choose which types of events (incidents, requests, changes, problems) you want to export to your Outlook calendar.
- Ensure that the option to show calendar items starting from a specific number of days ago is set according to your preference.

3. **Check Permissions**:
- Ensure that the user has the necessary permissions to view the calendar items. Admins with SysAid Administrator permissions can view the calendar of any admin.
- If the user is part of a group, ensure that the group permissions allow viewing of the relevant calendar items.

4. **Create/Modify Events**:
- You can manually create or modify events in the SysAid calendar by clicking and dragging a timeframe in the calendar itself.
- To create a new event, give it a title, description, and start/end time, then click `Create Event`.
- To modify an event, click on the event and choose `Edit Event`.

5. **View Calendar**:
- Use the calendar view options (Month, Week, Day, Next X Days, Work Week, Agenda) to display the calendar items as per your preference.
- You can also hide/show specific calendar events to customize the view.

If you follow these steps and still face issues, please let us know for further assistance.
