New Note opens a tabinstead of pop-up in Chrome

When I click on New Note in Chrome it opens a new tab instead of creating the pop-up. I cannot add from the new tab. Something changed in my settings for the browser I’m assumingbut I can’t find it. Thoughts?

    Do you have ad-blocker activated for SysAid site? 

    Disable it and it should be fine :)
