So we have a current challenge I am trying to overcome. Basically every time a user replies their organisation adds a space between the ticket number so for example the system would expect #12,000 but it ends up like this #12, 000

 

Any suggestions on how to remove the space? The current issue is it will create a new ticket and merging while possible isn’t ideal.
