Please note that the third-level category cannot be removed individually for each template. However, it can be removed across all templates.

To do this, kindly navigate to the SysAid admin portal, proceed to Settings > Service Desk > General, and search for the option labeled "Enable third-level categories." Once located, simply uncheck this option and click on Save at the bottom of the page. This will ensure that the third-level categories are no longer visible across all templates.
