Is there a way to create or integrate in the search bar previous tickets that were solved. For example, in the search bar i can type in printer and it will show all the tickets that have had printer issues to see previous IT tech people solutions?

Please note that if you want to search ticket using a specific work, you can do it by using a static filter.
We recommend not adding the static filter on the “Default View”.
For searching tickets that have a specific word in the title, use the static filter attached below.
title like '%RDS%node%'
For adding a static filter, you will need to access the desired Service Record queue, click on the view name then click on “Customize View” located in the top right corner of the dropdown.
On the window that will appear, add the static filter added above in the “Static Filter” field.
Note: The static filter must have the “%” between the words and before, as in the example added above, so i can search for tickets that contains those words.
