Need to disable about 125 action items in Enabled status, previously enable during either testing or in early development and implementation.  Is ther a way to do a bulk update from the Service Record Action list?

For the moment this is not feasible in out of the box solution, so you have the possibility to create a feature request accessing https://community.sysaid.com/ideas and implement this in the future.

I hope you are doing well. 

 

You can try this. 

  1. Navigate to Settings → General → Scroll all the way to the bottom and “tick”  Automatically close all Action Items when closing the Service Record

 

  1. Proceed to closing all the SR’s that do have an active action item. This will make sure all will be closed along with the SR. Please keep in mind that this does not work retroactively so you might need to re-open those that are closed.
