Question

Some of our users are disabled?

Out of 565 users 199 are disabled.  When we go in and enable them after about 5 mins they revert back to disabled.  Is there somewhere in LDAP that we can set how many users we can have.  We think they are disabling because we have to change a setting within LDAP.

Has someone experienced this issue and what was the fix?

Thank you

Shari

Hi @sharimorse,

You can check the current amount of enabled end users and the limit in the environment by going to the drop-down menu on the top right of your SysAid Admin Portal, where you should see your username, then click on "About".

The LDAP integration does provide some options for disabling users automatically via the following option: “Disable SysAid end users that were not imported from LDAP”.

In order to investigate more in depth what is happening I would recommend opening a ticket with our Customer Care team by either sending an email to helpdesk@sysaid.com or you can provide me with your email address (in a reply or in a private message) and I can raise the ticket on your behalf.

thank you for the information.

I am in the admin portal and I don’t see my name with a dropdown.
