I am using SysAid Cloud and have just completed uploading approximately 1500 tickets from my old ticketing system.

It seems like I can’t view the full list in the Service Record List page as this is limited to 1000 requests. Is there somewhere else I can view all of our tickets without applying a filter? I will need to be able to search old tickets to find issues on a particular piece of data, and so filtering these will result in missing search results.

Hello @JRichardson, thank you for reaching out. We have forwarded your message to the relevant SysAid team, who will contact you shortly. Thank you

Hello @JRichardson

If a filter for the view is not what you are looking for I would recommend using a report for this purpose to export all tickets.
Go to Analytics -> reports and create a new Service record report.
Customize and run a report: https://documentation.sysaid.com/docs/customize-and-run-a-report
Modify a report: https://documentation.sysaid.com/docs/report-form

If you have a cloud environment, you could grab the database back-up of the environment if it's enabled.
You can find the back-ups under Event logs to be downloaded.

Additionally, it appears that the feature request has already been created addressing the limit of the 1000 tickets from the view. Would you want to create a ticket and link it to the FR to get notified of the implementation.

Hi Laur,

I would like to see all tickets in the UI so an export / report is not ideal. Yes if you could please create a ticket and link to the FR that would be appreciated.

Cheers

Jenny
