Any way to find asset's product key for certain software?
Right now you are able to click on each individual asset and find a product key for a specific type of software under the software tab. I was wondering if SysAid has the capabilities to list all the assets product key for a specific software. For example if I wanted a list of everyone on our network's Microsoft Office 2003 key is that possible?

As far as I know that is not possible. Maybe you can do it by reports.

Currently you can use the Software Products to monitor the products that you decide.
If you click on new and create monitoring on a specific software and add all the details you will see how many assets have this software and you can see how many license you have and if you click on show assets... and then enter to a specific machine you will see the key.
