Asset Allocation Tracking
Hello,
We are using SysAid Helpdesk Edition on cloud and current version is v22.2.40 b40.
We would like to track the allocation history for each of the IT assets. We dont see a direct option to do this other than entering the custom notes. The information we need to track are User name, Allotted date, Returned date, Remarks. There will be multiple entries if an assets are handed over from one user to other. Currently these information we enter in the custom notes. Is there a better way of handling this in sysaid.

This is a great opportunity to utilize our CMDB for a solution.
Import the assets into your CMDB and add custom fields such as Allotted date etc and manage it there which will allow you reporting and exporting to spreadsheets as well.
