Do you mean vendor management? You can find vendor management in Settings → Asset management → Vendor management.

What kind of information do you want to store there?
You can also track contracts in Assets → Software products. There you can track that, for example, you have X amount of licenses purchased, how many are installed, warranty expiration, purchase date, support expiration date etc.
