Dashboard filter Request time

Hello, I would like to see in the dashboard the number of Active records opened outside the working hours. I've already set the working hours. I tried using the "Request time" filter but I can choose only date and not hours. i.e. from 6pm to 9am of the next day, 5 records has been opened. I want to see this on a dashboard chart. Can anyone help? Thanks
