Issue regarding upgrade of agent version

Hi everyone

I’m facing an issue about job of upgrade agent version. Like attached, I have a lot of version of agent and I’m not able to upgrade them.

I’ve done a automatic job for to do this and does not working.

My current sysaid version is v24.3.30 b38 (Cloud) and I haven’t a Local RDS.

Somebody has any way to solve this?

Hi there.

Just to close this loop. The version of my sysaid was upgraded and now the upgrade about agent is working fine.

My version now is 24.3.60.171

Hi there,

Check if the assets are successfully communicating and if the RDS is operational. You may need to simply undeploy the agent on these assets an then redeploy it.

Hi There

In my case, is not simply undeploy and redeploy because I only have the RDS from cloud by Sysaid.

is there another way so solve this?
