Hi aaronj,

I hope this message finds you well. Thank you for reaching out with your question about a template’s visibility. I'd be more than happy to assist you.

Please be so kind as to either reach out to us via chat so we may create a ticket for you, or submit a ticket by sending an email to helpdesk@sysaid.com/on our Self-Service Portal. At the moment, we have a feature request that has been submitted to be able to limit templates for certain admin groups, and if you submit that ticket, we’ll link it to the FR.

If you need any further clarification or have additional questions, please don't hesitate to ask. We're here to help.

Thank you. I’ve been trying to find a way to restrict templates to specific groups, which I’m still surprised isn’t a current feature, but this is a great workaround.
